All lessons must be booked across the system calendar with a minimum notice of 24 hours in advance.
The system requires a 24-hour gap between the time the lesson is paid for/booked and when the lesson is scheduled to run. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
Yes (One-on-One Sessions Only). You can easily reschedule any one-on-one coaching session at no charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
To Reschedule: Simply use the link in your booking confirmation email to select a new time.
Late Cancellation (<24 hours): One-on-one sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, as this time cannot be offered to another client.
Our policy is designed to be fair while ensuring commitment to your learning journey:
One-on-One Sessions: Individual sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.
Reduced Group Coaching Lessons: Upfront payment in advance is required. There is no possibility of rescheduling or refunds once payment has been made.
Teacher Cancellation (Major Force): If a teacher is unable to attend a scheduled session due to a Major Force event (such as sudden severe sickness or unforeseen emergency) and the session does not take place, the student is entitled to a remedy for that specific lesson:
The cost of the missed session can be fully refunded to the student.
OR The cost of the missed session can be deducted from any previously purchased lessons or bundles (applied as a credit for a future session).
All lesson packages are subject to the following terms and have a fixed expiration date:
Validity Period: Every single lesson package, regardless of size, has a strict six (6) months validity period.
Expiration: The 6-month period begins on the date of purchase. All sessions must be booked and completed within this time frame.
Forfeiture: Any unused lessons remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
2 Lessons Package (2 Hours): Ideal for a quick start or tune-up. Valid for 6 months from purchase.
4 Lessons Package (4 Hours): A popular choice for focused improvement. Valid for 6 months from purchase. Book your coaching sessions today!
