• Exclusive Service Offerings: 360fluency.com delivers exclusively online human streaming language lessons for learners, offered strictly in either English or Spanish.

• Service Delivery: Live streaming sessions are conducted online in real time by human instructors via third-party video communication platforms (including, but not limited to, Zoom or Google Meet). You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and compatible hardware/software to access live streaming sessions.

• No Guarantee Disclaimer: Language acquisition and fluency progression depend on individual effort, consistency, and active participation. Lotus Edge Consulting makes no guarantees or promises regarding specific fluency timelines, exam scores, or professional outcomes resulting from enrollment.

User Responsibilities

• Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose, including harassment, unauthorized recording, sharing of class materials without consent, or distribution of inappropriate content.

• Compliance: You must be 18 years or older to use the services. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

Payments and Subscriptions

• Billing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to pay all fees and charges in accordance with the payment terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes due.

• International Transactions: Services are provided by Lotus Edge Consulting cross-border from outside the European Union and the United States. Prices displayed do not include local VAT, sales tax, or international transaction fees that may be applied by your issuing bank or local tax jurisdiction, unless explicitly stated at checkout.

• Pricing: Lotus Edge Consulting reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.
