To overcome the fear of speaking, start small and without pressure. Record a 2-minute voice memo on your phone every day. Improve your accent and rhythm by imitating a native speaker. Find a short audio clip or a video from a native speaker (a movie scene, a podcast excerpt, or a news report). Listen to a sentence, then immediately pause and try to repeat it exactly as you heard it, matching the intonation, speed, and pronunciation.
