Our policy is designed to be fair, ensure absolute corporate accountability, maintain total fairness throughout your learning journey, and comply with current refund liability standards for service provision.

📅 1. Academy Booking Protocols

To maintain a high-performance educational infrastructure and provide our certified coaching staff adequate time to structurally map each lecture, all training appointments across the academy network must be finalized via the system dashboard with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to execution.

The central portal enforces a strict 24-hour verification window between transaction clearance/booking confirmation and active session deployment. Same-day scheduling requests are automatically blocked by the platform, guaranteeing our instructors the necessary window to prepare your group or individual corporate metrics.

One-on-One Sessions (Only)

  • Standard Operational Policy: Clients may seamlessly adjust any active one-on-one lesson itinerary at zero financial penalty, provided the request is processed a minimum of 24 hours prior to the designated start time.

  • How to Reschedule: For absolute convenience, students can modify their calendar matrix autonomously by adjusting the appointment directly within the synchronized Google Calendar invite. Alternatively, you can notify our support staff at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp, Signal, Line, or Snapchat, and our team will manually update and reschedule the session for you across the system calendar.

  • Late-Window Violations (<24 hours): Any appointment cancelled, modified, or shifted within the strict 24-hour countdown immediately preceding the class will be forfeited and billed at full rate. The academy enforces this framework uniformly because that specific booking slot represents fixed overhead dedicated to your learning trajectory and cannot be reallocated to another student or corporate team on short notice.

  • No-Show Rule: Appointments are charged in full and the lesson is forfeited if a student does not log in or arrive within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled start time.

  • Institutional Force Majeure Clauses: The academy management will exclusively review and consider waiving the late forfeiture penalty if the service disruption stems from a verifiable, sudden catastrophic emergency outside the student’s control (such as an acute medical crisis, sudden hospitalization, or a major vehicular accident). Standard administrative overruns, shifting professional timetables, or unexpected corporate project delays do not qualify for exemption and will be treated under our standard billing terms. All final determinations remain at the exclusive discretion of the academy’s executive board.

Reduced Group Coaching Lessons

  • Payment: Full advance tuition settlement is required to lock in your cohort placement.

  • Rescheduling/Refunds: Due to the fixed capacity and complex scheduling synchronization required for multi-seat group learning environments, there are no structural provisions for lesson rescheduling or pro-rated refunds once an enrollment cycle begins, including for standard sickness or personal absence.

📦 4. Lesson Package Validity & Terms

We offer a strict 7-day money-back guarantee commencing from the exact timestamp of contract purchase. This consumer safety window is valid provided that no more than one (1) instructional hour has been completed within those initial seven days.

All training packages are subject to fixed account validity lifetimes from the date of purchase. Sessions must be booked and completed within these specific timeframes, or the remaining balance will be forfeited:

  • 4-Hour Training Bundles: Carry a hard account validity lifetime of exactly one (1) month from purchase.

  • 8-Hour Training Bundles: Carry a hard account validity lifetime of exactly two (2) months from purchase.

  • Forfeiture: Any unused lessons remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and are completely non-refundable.

Customized cancellation structures, multi-seat scaling provisions, and contract refund boundaries are managed exclusively under the legal specifications outlined in the active Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed between your organization’s legal team and our corporate office.
