English Lesson Rates & Booking
1️⃣ How long is my payment valid after purchase?
For single lessons, your payment is valid for 6 months from the purchase date — giving you plenty of time to schedule at your convenience, subject to calendar availability.
For monthly packages, lessons should be used within the same month.
For the 10-lesson package, validity extends to 3 months.
Unused lessons after the expiry date cannot be carried over, so we recommend booking early.
2️⃣ How do I pay for my lessons?
You can pay securely by credit or debit card directly through our website. Once payment is confirmed, by selecting the type of lesson most suitable to your needs, you will be redirected to our scheduling calendar, where you can choose the most convenient slot for you — finalizing your booking securely via card payment.
5️⃣ What is your cancellation policy?
Group lessons cannot be rescheduled — only individual lessons can be rescheduled, subject to availability in the calendar.
Rescheduling requests must be made by email at least 24 hours prior to the lesson.
3️⃣ Can I book a free trial before purchasing a package?
Yes! We offer a 15-minute free trial with a certified native-speaking coach. This short session lets you meet your teacher, discuss your goals, and get a feel for the lesson style — with no obligation to buy.
4️⃣ Are private single lessons personalized?
Yes. Every private single lesson is 100% personalized to your learning objectives. Our certified native-speaking coaches adapt the content, pace, and exercises to your goals — whether that’s exam preparation, business communication, or improving conversational fluency.
6️⃣ What do I need for online lessons?
You’ll need a stable internet connection, a computer or tablet with a microphone and optional camera, and a quiet space for learning. We recommend using Google Meet with headphones for the best audio quality.
