• All lessons must be booked across the system calendar with a minimum notice of 24 hours in advance.

• The system requires a 24-hour gap between the time the lesson is paid for/booked and when the lesson is scheduled to run. Same-day bookings are not permitted.

• Yes (One-on-One Sessions Only). You can easily reschedule any one-on-one coaching session at no charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

• To Reschedule: Simply use the link in your booking confirmation email to select a new time.

• Late Cancellation (<24 hours): One-on-one sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, as this time cannot be offered to another client.

• Teacher Cancellation (Major Force): If a teacher is unable to attend a scheduled session due to a Major Force event (such as sudden severe sickness or unforeseen emergency) and the session does not take place, the student is entitled to a remedy for that specific lesson:

  • The cost of the missed session can be fully refunded to the student.

  • OR The cost of the missed session can be deducted from any previously purchased lessons or bundles (applied as a credit for a future session).

• Full Coaching Packages: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. This guarantee is valid provided:

  • 4-Hour Packages have a validity period of one month.

  • 8-Hour Packages have a validity period of two months.

  • No more than one session has been completed within the guarantee period.
