💳 Refund Policy and Booking Terms

This Comprehensive Policy on Session Booking, Rescheduling, and Program Refunds applies to all live coaching services and lesson packages purchased from 360fluency.com, operated by Delish Global Services EOOD . Our policy is designed to be fair, ensure commitment to your learning journey, and comply with current refund liability standards for service provision.


1. Session Booking Requirements

To ensure efficient scheduling and availability for all clients:

  • Minimum Notice: All lessons must be booked across the system calendar with a minimum notice of 24 hours in advance.

  • Booking Gap: The system requires a 24-hour gap between the time the lesson is paid for/booked and when the lesson is scheduled to run. Same-day bookings are not permitted.


2. Session Rescheduling and Cancellation

Reduced Group Coaching Lessons

  • Payment: Upfront payment in advance is required.

  • Rescheduling/Refunds: There is no possibility of rescheduling or refunds once payment has been made, including for sickness or absence.


3. Program Refund Eligibility

Teacher Cancellation (Major Force)Full Remedy ProvidedIf a teacher is unable to attend a scheduled session due to a Major Force event (e.g., sudden severe sickness or unforeseen emergency) and the session does not take place, the student is entitled to a remedy for that specific lesson:
 $\bullet$ Remedy Option AThe cost of the missed session can be fully refunded to the student.
 $\bullet$ Remedy Option BThe cost of the missed session can be deducted from any previously purchased lessons or bundles (applied as a credit for a future session).

4. Lesson Package Validity & Terms

All lesson packages are subject to a fixed expiration date:

  • Validity Period: Every lesson package, regardless of size, has a strict six (6) months validity period.

  • Expiration: The 6-month period begins on the date of purchase. All sessions must be booked and completed within this time frame.

  • Forfeiture: Any unused lessons remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Lesson Packages:

  • 2 Lessons Package (2 Hours): Valid for 6 months from purchase.

  • 4 Lessons Package (4 Hours): Valid for 6 months from purchase.

  • 8 Lessons Full Coaching Package (8 Hours): Valid for 6 months from purchase.


5. Corporate/B2B Contracts

  • Terms: Refund and cancellation terms are specified exclusively in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) for that specific contract.


6. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team via the contact page application form within the eligible timeframe.

  1. Please include your full name, the program/package you purchased, the date of purchase, and a detailed reason for your request.

  2. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
