All lessons must be booked through the system calendar with a minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice.
The system requires a 24-hour buffer between the moment a lesson is paid/booked and the time it is scheduled to take place. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
Yes (1-on-1 Individual Sessions Only): You can easily reschedule any individual coaching session free of charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
To Reschedule: You can modify your scheduled time directly by updating the synced Google Calendar invite sent to your inbox, if provided. Alternatively, you can message our team via WhatsApp, email, or Snapchat, and our admin team will manually adjust your session on Google Calendar before the 24-hour cutoff.
Late Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees (<24 hours): Any cancellation or schedule shift submitted within the 24-hour window preceding the appointment results in full forfeiture of that lesson fee. Because that specific slot represents fixed operational overhead dedicated to your training, it cannot be reallocated on short notice.
Force Majeure Exemptions: We will exclusively consider waiving late-window penalties if the cancellation arises from a sudden, documented emergency (such as severe medical crises or sudden hospitalization). Standard corporate overruns, unexpected meetings, or shifting personal work hours do not qualify. Final decisions rest solely at the discretion of the academy’s executive board.
Our policy is designed to be fair while ensuring commitment to your learning progress:
Individual Sessions (1-on-1): Single sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
Small Group Coaching Classes: Advance payment is required. There are no options for rescheduling or refunds once payment has been completed.
Instructor Cancellation (Force Majeure): If an instructor is unable to attend a scheduled session due to a Force Majeure event (such as a sudden severe illness or unforeseen emergency) and the session does not take place, the student is entitled to one of the following solutions for that specific lesson:
The cost of the missed session can be fully refunded to the student.
OR The cost of the missed session can be applied as a credit toward a future session or deducted from a previously purchased package.
All lesson packages are subject to the following terms and have a fixed expiration date:
Validity Period: Each individual lesson package, regardless of size, carries a strict validity period of two (2) months.
Expiration: The 2-month period begins on the date of purchase. All sessions must be booked and completed within this timeframe.
Forfeiture: Any unused lessons remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
4-Lesson Package (4 Hours): A popular option for targeted improvement. Valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
Comprehensive 8-Lesson Coaching Package (8 Hours): Our most complete option for maximum results. Valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
Corporate / B2B Contracts: Refund and cancellation terms are specified in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) for each respective contract.
